CANCELLATION POLICY

Ten minute late policy As a courtesy to others, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than ten minutes late. Rescheduling & Prebooking Policy Each client is allowed one cancellation per calendar year without penalty. If you cancel a past appointment in order to reschedule, a 50% non-refundable fee is required to book your next one. This payment will go toward your upcoming appointment. However, if you no-show, reschedule again, or cancel for any reason—including illness etc.—you will forfeit the deposit and it will not be refunded or credited.
